Graham Ginn

Graham Ginn was born and raised in Ocean City, into a real estate family, and has spent 15 years in the business. He started in the rental department, so he knows what a shore property can earn as well as what it's worth, and he still runs the numbers on every deal: pricing, recent sales, rental income and the negotiation that follows.
