Living on the Gold Coast

The Gold Coast covers the oceanside blocks of mid-island, roughly from the upper teens through the 20s, where Wesley and Central Avenues run along the beach. The boardwalk ends at 23rd Street, so the southern Gold Coast is quieter while the northern end is still a short walk from the boards.

It's known for beachfront and beach-block homes with porches, roof decks and ocean views, and for some of the most expensive condos on the island.
