Graham & Alicia's Take
For buyers: with 232 homes and condos for sale and 53 sales in the last month, there is real choice right now, especially in Central, where most of the lower-priced condos are. With rates at 7.40%, run your monthly payment at today's rate before you fall for a listing, and compare a few similar homes so you know what a fair offer looks like.
For sellers: buyers have options this fall, so price and condition matter. Look at what is actually selling near you, not just what is listed, and make sure your home shows well in photos. If you are thinking about listing, a pricing review against this month's sales is the best place to start.
